Job Title: Chief Manager/AGM (Head - BPE - Business Process Excellence )

Location : Bhopal

Reporting To : AVP - F&A

Preferred Education : Graduate/ MBA & Six Sigma Black Belt ( Mandatory )

Compensation : Up to 12 Lacs

Job Description :

- Responsible for building the Process Excellence vertical in the organization.

- Own the complete Leadership Management & Development training.

- Coach mentors and guide the appraisal processes and performance management.

- Anchor and deliver the complete Business Process Management System covering enterprise level processes across functions.

- Responsible for all process improvement / process re-engineering projects.

- Work closely with the MD on cost optimization initiatives & projects.

- Responsible for LMD & skill development workshops.

- Responsible for building the Process Excellence vertical in the organization

- Change Management for entire group in terms of impact study, change implementation, system evaluation etc.

- Managing the training team for timely need assessment of different verticals and locations. (65 locations and around 12 thousand employees)
