Responsibilities: - Budgeting, MIS & Accounting - Leading the Annual Budget and Periodic Forecasts for Dewas Operations - Establish and Control budget heads; Set Up Financial control processes, and ensure adherence to budgets. - Prepare & review Monthly MIS. - Provide a systematized reporting of financial data for comparative analysis to plans - Variance analysis of actuals vs budgets - Scrutiny of GL Accounts & closing reconciliations - Cost Centre-wise Journal Entries - Transfer Pricing - Income Tax Return & Assessment - Statutory Audit & Liaison with Auditors - Coordinating with internal & statutory auditors for conducting audits - Finalization of Accounts - Review of statutory financial statements - Evaluating internal control systems to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations, process and systems. - Banking & Treasury - Payroll - GST calculation, returns & assessments
