Description - 

One of the leading Financial service companies in India is seeking a CIO / Head of Product for the Private Wealth Management business

Role -

Establish thought leadership for the Private Wealth Management business; lead a highly competent team of domain experts; provide strategic guidance for investment decisions of clients across all asset classes with a focus on continuous product innovation.

Grade - SVP/EVP

Key Responsibilities -

- Hiring for key roles to develop domain expertise

- Coaching and mentoring the team

- Identifying trends and opportunities across asset classes and markets

- Drive investment strategy, advice - by steering investment products, investment advisory, & trust and estate planning.

- Drive alternative product strategy and exclusive product strategy for all segments of the firm

- Enhancements to client value proposition

- Drive product innovation; including leveraging the rich manufacturing and origination capabilities across high yield credit, real estate credit, pre-ipo, distressed asset platform etc.

- Develop risk management framework and solutions

- Working with the sales leadership team to achieve business goals & on large client relationships

- Drive the development of tech-enabled tools for team and clients through a dedicated tech team for PWM
