Chief Investment Officer - NBFC

Urgent opening with one of the NBFC Client for the position of Chief Investment Officer

JD

- To generate investment opportunities by networking with developers, property consultants, and investment bankers

- To analyze transactions, creating financial models and conducting due diligence on projects

- Independently negotiating with promoters, structuring deals and executing legal documents

- To secure mandates for transactions in which the Fund/ IB can participate preferably with a fixed fee for each mandate

- Disbursement of funds to occur within this period from the signing of the term sheet

- Closure of new transactions

- Provide and periodically complete database of relationships available or developed with 

a) Developers

 b) Funds / NBFC 

c) Investors / HNI / Corporate Houses d)Distributors

- To complete the application, set up the fund vehicle with the Trustee, Trust, other service providers along with relevant fund collaterals

- To manage the Fund operations (including exit opportunities) and Investee Companies (involving project planning, financing, execution, costing, sales/leasing etc.)

- Establish effective and well-organized investment processes.

- Write clear and well-informed investment recommendations based on thorough research and analysis.

- Attend annual meetings, review quarterly financial statements and remain up-to-date with any important valuation or policy changes

- Lead the investment strategy unit within the company

- Perform regular administration duties of all investment files

- Help manage and uphold current client relationships
