Chief Investment Officer - IT Initiatives Head

Looking to hire a Chief Investment Officer for their portfolio companies. This is a strategic role in which the person will be acting as an advisor and hands on executor when it comes to new and existing investment initiatives.

Work Experience:

Must have over 15 years of experience in managing P&L of organisation or Division.

Must have had independently managed and build profit centre.

An experience in investment into technology area is highly desirable.

Ex CEO/ COO or CFO with experience in technology company will be desirable.

Incumbent must be visionary and hands on guy.

Having the necessary seniority to handle with various stakeholders at a Sr Level.

Position Description:

The person is primarily responsible for providing financial and risk analysis implementation of long and short-term financial plans for stable financial running of the institute.

Financial auditing, Ratings, Capital budgeting, Financial Modelling Mergers and Acquisitions Corporate Finance Investments Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) are essential parts of the role

Capital management including both debt and equity, investment capital, privatization, merger and acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Capital raising through equity or debt to meet company funding needs

Company accounts and cash flow management.

Strategy development and creating key processes for compliance, internal audit and reporting.
