Chief Investment Officer - Insurance

Purpose:

- Managing and monitoring investment activity.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Annual Investment Policy & conducting its half-yearly review.

- Laying down the SOPs for the functioning of the department.

- Scanning the market for appropriate investment opportunities to generate superior returns.

- Strategic Asset Allocation & Fund Management

- Fixed Income Asset Management and Fixed Income Portfolio Strategy

- Market research & interaction with intermediaries.

- Empanelment of the intermediaries.

- Compliance with Regulatory & internal guidelines.

- ALM Policy formulation & implementation.

- Performance Review of the investments undertaken.

- Formulation & roll-out of investment strategy of the Company in consonance with the business plan

- Technical Expertise

Qualification:

CA / MBA - Finance

Experience:

Total years of experience: 7-10 Years

Relevant experience: 4-5 years of experience in Life / General / Health Insurance / Mutual Fund
