Technical Skills Requirement -

- Excellent knowledge of setting up Cybersecurity strategy of Organization.

- Provide guidance, insights or direction on technological, cyber security and policy related topics Working experience of Network security tools, WAF, N/W Security, VAPT, Server Security, Cloud security.

- Knowledge of AV, ADR, XDR, DLP. Knowledge of setting up various cyber security policies.

- Knowledge of information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST

Managerial Skills Requirement:

- Excellent communication Skill, Confident personality.

- Ability to work with CXO level leadership team. Experience in financial forecasting and budget management.

- Outstanding negotiation skills for negotiating contracts and IT support services to be rendered.

- Excellent understanding of current legislation and regulations relevant to our organization.

- Excellent project management and leadership skills.

- First-rate written and verbal communication skills

Experience: 15+ Years; (Low preference for someone who has major career in IT or telecom Industry).

Qualification: Science / Engg Graduate, Various certification in Cyber Security (CISM, CISSP etc)

Summary / Purpose of the role:

Monitor and Improve Cybersecurity posture of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working with all business units to determine possible risks and risk management processes.

2. Business development planning and acquiring the correct technology.

3. Analyzing IT security threats in real-time and mitigating these threats.

4. Ensuring that newly acquired technology complies with the IT security regulations.

5. Planning, designing, and implementing an IT and network strategy for the company.

6. Managing the continuous maintenance of the IT network to ensuring optimum security levels are maintained.

7. Ensuring that no internal breaches or misuse of data take place.

8. Determining the cause of internal and external data breaches and instituting appropriate corrective action.

9. Presenting regular feedback reports on IT network security to the board of directors.

10. Develop, plan and implement cybersecurity education and awareness training through a variety of methods (documents, videos, communications, campaigns, in-person trainings) to both technical and non[1]technical audiences across Asset Management.
