- 15 to 20 years of information security experience with minimum 3 years as a CISO in a large global organization. - Experience in implementing and managing compliance to industry standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, Hi-Trust and PCI-DSS - Cloud security expertise and experience is highly relevant - Experience in SOC automation and orchestration technologies and processes - Experience managing large geographically dispersed teams will be a plus - Experience implementing Security Analytics Solutions will be a plus - Strong knowledge of current threat landscape and latest trends in security technologies - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to prioritize multiple complex programs and activities - Ability to deal effectively with issues that are confidential and sensitive in nature Education &amp; Certification: - Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering. Master's Degree will be a big plus - Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, AWS Security Specialist will be a plus.
