Chief Information & Security Officer - Capital Market - BFSI

Experience Cyber & Information Security candidate with 12-15 years of relevant experience of managing the overall protection and security of customer data, IT systems (pertaining to trading) and assets preferable from Capital Market domain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a broad and deep understanding of advanced cybersecurity and information protection concepts, technologies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's security and privacy strategy and vision.

- Monitor, review, and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities pertaining to systems and networks, digital assets, critical infrastructure, and customer data.

- Establish and maintain policies and procedures to comply with laws and regulations for cybersecurity and data privacy.

- Lead the coordination and implementation of security tools, technologies, and services to ensure comprehensive security operations.

- Design, monitor, and audit security processes and procedures, including incident response, forensics, digital investigations, and security compliance.

- Generate and manage security budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.

- Maintain quality relationships with stakeholders, internal teams, vendors, and governing bodies.

Required Skills:

- Master & bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or related field

- Advanced degree in related field preferred

- 12 - 15 years of cybersecurity and information security experience

- Extensive experience with security hardware, software, and systems

- Expert-level knowledge of network security, data security, encryption, incident response, and compliance

- Knowledge of cyber laws, industry standards, and regulations

- Excellent understanding of security risks and the ability to articulate the necessity of security and privacy measures.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

- Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CISA are preferred.

Preferable from Capital Market & BFSI domain work experience in managing the lead role for Cyber & Information Security.
