Chief Information Officer - Retail/eCommerce Vertical - FMCG

Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm has been retained by one of the leading FMCG based manufacturing giant, to hire for the profile of Chief Information Officer - to lead their Retail & eCommerce segment of the business.

Required Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience of total experience in responsibilities of management of complete information systems and information technology of a large corporate multi-location setup

- Significant experience specifically in technology and information systems planning to support business goals is a must.

- Experience should also include exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as support of in -house information and communication systems in a multi -site client -server environment.

- Specific experience with ERP and CRM solutions is a plus point. Experience on SAP will be preferred.

Job Duties :

- Will be responsible to provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the IT needs of the company for retail including eCommerce .

- Will lead the IT network in planning and implementing enterprise information systems to support the business operations and achieve more effective and cost beneficial enterprise -wide IT operations.

- Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems for the entire organisation which will include effective Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan.

- Facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within the organisation.

- Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.

- Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.

- Responsible for the management of multiple information and communications systems and projects, including retail and eCommerce
