Job Description - As Chief Information Officer, the role will be responsible for driving the digital transformation agenda, while continuing to deliver an operational excellence agenda to protect business continuity in an increasing VUCA world. The role will also include sponsorship and leadership of number of Business Transformations Initiatives and has financial accountability for the overall IT costs for the market.

- the role will require best-in-class strategic agility in order to quickly identify and prioritise areas of value contribution across the entire India ecosystem

- strong collaboration with all members of the Leadership team, it is also expected for this role to engage across all global emerging market clusters as well as senior stakeholders

- the role will also include sponsorship and leadership of number of Business Transformations Initiatives and has financial accountability for the overall IT costs for the market

Profile

- 10+ years working in an IT related role

- Strong project and program management and/or IT service experience.

- Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationship with a wide constituency, including segment leaders, IT personnel and project leaders

- Broad understanding of a company's business and technology strategies and established business process areas and the ways in which technology may impact and enhance business processes

- Able to evaluate technology and process alternatives

- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skills

- Strong consultative skills, problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills.

- Should have a proven track record of delivering results in two or more of the following three areas:

(Remote) Line management, Project delivery, Program Management, Senior Management exposure
