Job Description:

Position Summary

- Responsible for all aspects of the company information technology resources and support facilities including all computer systems, applications, networks, Internet & Intranet, Voice Over IP (VoIP) telephony systems, and all related software programs.

- The CIO directs the use of technology to support the company’s objectives and financial goals.

- With knowledge of both business processes and technological infrastructure, this position aligns the organization’s technology deployment strategy with its business strategy.

This position is also responsible for overseeing the procurement, implementation, and deployment of internal and external technology purchases, as well as the resources required to support those technologies.

- This position directs the effective and strategic use of common enterprise-wide information to accurately and efficiently deliver consistent answers to the business questions posed by the company departments.

- The CIO takes a leadership role in evaluating the IT infrastructure to achieve the most productive, efficient and cost effective method of delivering technology to end users.

Job Requirements:

These are deal breakers for this position:

- This person MUST have former Banking industry experience.

- The former banking experience MUST be working with a bank worth between $1 - $5 Billion in assets

- This person MUST have former experience with security compliance for information security

- This person MUST have former experience understanding Banking Audits
