Chief Information Officer - IT Product/Services Firm

This position is with a reputed IT Product/Services client of SRP Talent Management and is backed by a renowned group.

We are looking for someone who has experience heading the IT set up/ IT Infra for an organization and also has experience opening up new set ups/ offices at multiple locations and implementing complete IT Infra for the new offices/ branches, end to end.

Responsibilities :

- End to End Management of Security service operations & delivery on IT Infrastructure & Solution support including AWS platform infrastructure

- End to End accountability for service readiness and quality assurance in service transition for new services

- Develop Security standards, procedures and guidelines, should have experience in implementation.

- End to End accountability on new services / transition, conception to completion.

- Lead and develop a dedicated high-caliber team focused on transition, delivery & continual improving the performance of Security operations & Infrastructure Management.

- Excellent Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM Processes for Service Operations, Service Management & Service Transitioning skills

- Improving resource skills & experience mix

- Drive process compliance & documentation complete, roll out all identified tools

- Reporting periodically to respective stake holders

Primary Skills :

- IT & Network Security Management

- Experience in Process Implementation / operation covering IT based services

Required Skills :
