- Executive level accountability, tracking and reporting on all CIO function objectives
- Interface with business stakeholders and CIO global functional leaders to align technology and operational strategy with business priorities and partner with global stakeholders from Global
- Delivery perspective to ensure optimum program delivery
- Provide overarching executive support to ensure Platforms stability and meet customer SLAs across the CIO functions
- Manage internal IT financial forecast & risk and provide support to global Opex/Capex targets from global delivery perspective
- Have a clear strategy to manage and monitor Operational KPIs, Risk Info Sec and Compliance Metrics
- Drive Innovation, Automation & Modernization within CIO function, bring industry knowledge and trends into the CIO functions. Liaison with business units to ensure adoption of org wide modernization initiatives.
- Bring efficiencies through process transformation and integration & horizontalization of various
CIO functions across business lines and functional groups
- Build the next gen org to get Global Delivery ready to take more ownership and adopt shadow management operating model across time zones
- Build the right organizational structure to support matrix accountability at right levels and ensure alignment to target operating model
- Have overall accountability for performance management, career development and diversity programs across all CIO functions in global delivery
- Lead a team of 2000+ talented technology professionals.
What you bring:
- 20+ years of industry experience with Strong knowledge and experience of Enterprise service delivery management across multiple functions, technologies, domain and geographies
- Sound understanding of financial industry and the relevant technologies, processes and operating models
- Ability to define and drive CIO strategies and road maps at an enterprise level
- Considerable knowledge of corporate policies and procedures
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels within organization or client organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
- Proven track record of managing teams of different disciplines; technical, analytical and business
- Experience of having managed a team of minimum 500+ professionals
- Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, team-building, project management, conflict management, negotiation and time management skills
- Ability to drive effective, high-performing teams
- Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
