Chief Information Officer

Strategic Context :

- To lead Emami Agrotech's Information & Communication Technology Services vertical.

Responsibilities :

- Planning and formulating long term and short term ICT policies for the company in line with the group ICT policy

- Preparation of ICT road-maps for user departments, from requirement analysis to mapping of technical specifications

- Vendor management, quotation analysis and control of all hardware/software inventory

- Ensure that robust contingency, risk management, and business continuity plans are in place for the Company's ICT services and that these are coordinated with and support general business continuity plans.

- Maintain and enforce standards and protocols for the use of information and communication technologies so that they meet statutory requirements.

- Define KPIs/ metrics & report the same to Management

- Conducting ICT related Training and awareness building programs for employees to facilitate knowledge enhancement and improved functional and attitudinal effectiveness

Experience :

- Incumbent must have hands on experience of migrating from a legacy system to and an ERP environment

- Working knowledge of SAP is mandatory

- Must be able to guide the department heads and functional consultants and help them to formulate the right kind of reports for the organization
