Operational and routine tasks referred to positions reporting to the CIO  Authority: As stated in the Delegation of authority manual and as delegated by superior from time to time  Job Profile and Expected Key Outcomes:  - Owns the development and implementation of the IT strategy of the company in line with the organization’s vision  - Conceptualizing and ensuring implementation of IT security processes globally through information and data integrity and intellectual property protection   - Enable business and enhance productivity through latest application development and deployment  - Ensure most cost effective infrastructure which ensures adequate employee productivity using latest developments in technology   - Ensure systems and processes are in place to ensure day to day operations &business continuity  - Plans and approves IT investment (opex and capex) across locations  - Actively partners and advices the business for designing efficient & effective business processes by leveraging enterprise wide IT applications  - Ensure effective use of technology for cost optimization & promoting business effectiveness to improve organizational productivity;  - Envisages strengthening of IT function’s internal capability, channelizing innovation and building new core competencies into the organization   - Ensure compliance to J-Sox, statutory requirements, regulatory agencies and ISO requirements  Pramendra Singh
