CIO/CTO - The incumbent will be required to develop IT Strategy and roadmap for the organization which should align with the business strategy and hence the CIO must have a detailed understanding of Company's activities and businesses. Need to work closely with the Group IT team and help in developing IT Infrastructure and Architecture of the Company based on the present and future business requirement of the Company. - The incumbent should be able to position IT as a competitive advantage tool to enhance business decision making and making IT an integral part of business. This would amongst other things entail an ability to create a business case for adoption of new technology solutions like RPA, BOT etc in the context of the company's roadmap. - The CIO should have strong leadership and team management skills to drive synergies between various business stakeholders and the technology team. - The CIO is expected to facilitate effective adoption, utilization and continual improvement of the existing IT solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery. - The role is expected to provide and plan for Data Security, Disaster Recovery planning etc. as a part of the Central IT role. This role also requires the incumbent to plan and manage IT Budget effectively.
