- Our client is a mid-size software product development and services organization with blue chip clients and work on cutting edge technologies. They have state of the art development centers in few cities in India & US, with some of the finest talent in their organization. They have ambitious plans to grow both organic and inorganic mode and have several opportunities on their table to grow globally.

- They are currently looking for a HR professional, to lead the function. He/She should have worked in IT products/Services/shared services/ITES domain and preference would be given to prospects who have worked in a growth phase of organization and understand the dynamics of HR pertaining to this phase. Work experience in finance shared services and ability to ramp up the organization in a short time, implement best of the HR practices, ability to work with stake holders across the globe, creating a HR environment to attract and retain the best of the talent. The incumbent should have worked in a multinational environment and with experience if working closely with external clients and internal stake holders and handled HR for at least a 2k member operations.

- He/she will be working closely with the CEO and also a high profile Board and will play a key role in implementing world class practices, developing and executing a world class HR strategy which will align with the organization's mission and growth strategy.

- He/she will have the overall responsibility for the Human Resources function including leadership and employee development, leadership succession, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, safety and health, change management, Human Resources communications, compensation and benefits.

- This position shares responsibility for business unit strategy and planning, and translating tactical business plans into Human Resources strategic and operational plans.

Key Responsibility Areas include

- Participation in the development of strategies, plans and programs with the executive leadership team, with particular focus on the impact on talent.

- Responsible for providing Human Resources leadership in the areas of talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, employee training and leadership development, employee engagement, change management and process improvement.

- Partnering with business unit leaders in multiple geographies to develop strategic workforce plans and to contribute to business strategy development/key business decisions.

- Leveraging Shared Services to address and satisfy the strategic needs of the business and ensure that the business receives the necessary services, support, and communications from those centralized Human Resources groups.

- Overseeing the performance management and compensation processes for all the group companies, ensure consistency, leverage and application of best Human Resources practices.

- Identifying gaps between current organizational capabilities, required competencies and skills, and the future strategic objectives of the organization.

- Introducing, leading and influencing change management initiatives with functional/operational leaders in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the overall talent capability of the organization.

Ideal prospect for this role will be a Postgraduate in HR with an experience of 15 to 18 years (Age Group 40 to 42 Yrs), with prior experience in handling similar roles with large groups and a proven track record in building and leading the HR Organizations.
