Role: Chief Human Resources Officer

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR department, for one of the leading real estate builders & developers in Mumbai, developing luxury residential properties & commercial office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs

- Formulate career development plans

- Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer

- Ensure our hiring, on boarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups

- Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)

- Supervise HR Directors

- Evaluate training and development programs

- Develop HR policies & design competency framework for all branches.

- Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools

- Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives

Requirements:

- MBA post grad with A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 7+ years of experience in a Senior HR role

- Experience in strategic planning and in-depth knowledge of all HR functions

- Good understanding of labor legislation

- Excellent leadership abilities

- Communication and problem-solving skills
