What You Will Get To Do:

The People Operations team is at the heart of everything we do In your role as the leader of this team, you will get to:

Spearhead the growth of the employee base in India and other geographies, in consultation with business leaders. This entails direct planning, execution and oversight of fast-paced, high-quality hiring in India, US, EU and other geographies.

Scale established processes and set up new ones to manage cross-team communication, synergy and efficacy

Grow the People Operations team to fully service the hiring and business partnering needs of various business units, set aggressive performance metrics and targets for the team and grow HR leaders from within the team

Spearhead the integration of diverse workforces in the event of acquisitions/mergers, ensuring the constancy of the ethos across the enhanced team

Suggest and implement best-in-class enhancements in the performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee retention initiatives, in keeping with the organization's long-term vision

Who This Job is For :

- Someone who is passionate about embracing the X-to-10X journey and all the challenges that come with it

- Someone with demonstrated ability in hiring in the US, EU and other geographies, with some exposure to - talent management in these geographies

- Someone who embraces the need for processes and organizational guidelines, while espousing flexibility and inclusivity

- Someone who has had experience in integrating workforces post-merger/acquisition, understands the challenges presented by inorganic growth and will be a thoughtful, detail-oriented advisor and partner to business leaders in managing change.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in HR, out of which at least 5 must be in leadership/next-to-leadership positions

An MBA from a pedigreed institution will be a huge plus

Experience in high-growth organizations is mandatory. You must have had at least 3 years of experience in large-scale recruitment and team growth in a start-up ecosystem, with knowledge of the attendant challenges and scalable solutions for the same
