CHRO - Leading Indian MNC - Hyderabad

- Reporting into the CEO, the incumbent will drive the HR agenda and HR Strategy for the organization.

- The incumbent will be responsible to support and grow the business as it expands in India and extends it's footprint globally as well.

- 18-24 years of relevant experience as HR Head in a large established organization in manufacturing space post full time MBA from a reputed institute

- Strong experience with an Indian MNCs also having worked in an international project/role

- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead strategy

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills

- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
