Chief Human Resources Officer - Manufacturing Firm (10-17 yrs)

- We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources (HR) professional with an experience encompassing all HR related initiative and ensure we use our resource beneficially. The candidate will be responsible for aligning the human resource function with our business objectives. Broad responsibilities for the role will include devising strategy and budget, talent acquisition, performance management, capability building, people engagement and building the company's culture. We would love to meet candidates who can actively contribute towards the organization's growth and excellence.

Strategy and Planning :

1. Identify short-term and long-term human resources needs by anticipating requirements and trends

2. Develop and manage annual human resources plan and budget in coordination with different business units

3. Support management by providing human resources advice and decisions Talent Acquisition

1. Develop a talent acquisition plan to address the need for - Right people for the right job

2. Ensure TAT, cost and quality of hire is as per standards set

3. Evaluate recruitment effectiveness (employee productivity rate) and ensure an upward trend

Performance Management :

Ensure quality, continuous improvement, and high performance among team members:

1. Create structure for organization to help in future strategic growth path

2. Develop individual KRAs and lead performance management, facilitate annual appraisals and reviews

3. Measure outcome to organizational goals and rework if required

4. Identify - Hi-potentials- and succession planning to cater to the future leadership needs

5. Design and implement reward practices and polices

Capability Building :

1. Upskill workforce including developing customized training plans in order to perform task with highest possible standards

2. Undertake HR driven strategic workshops regarding change, digital deployment, job design, organizational design, etc. and provide feedback / analysis

3. Encourage self-learning initiatives to reduce gap between deliverable and expectations

People Engagement:

1. Develop a team environment that focuses on result and shared recognition

2. Lead engagement survey and evaluate feedback to check the pulse of the employees and take necessary corrective actions.
