Job Summary :
To lead the HR function of the group company with key focus on Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Employee Relations. To develop HR strategy closely aligned to business strategy and implement HR processes that maximize employee engagement and performance and drive effective employee relations. To lead the group HR team of generalist and specialists for smooth execution of business and HR priorities.
Job Responsibilities :
- To design and drive effective HR processes & policies related to Hiring, Training & Development, Performance management, Rewards and Recognition, Compensation Revision, Employee relations, Statutory requirements etc.
- To drive conversations and provide guidance to CXO and CXO-1 professionals on aspects of culture, talent, learning and capabilities required for the organization
- To develop Talent acquisition strategies for hiring strong and diverse talent across various levels & geographies.
- To design talent management process for identifying top talent and for creating a strong succession pipeline for leadership and critical roles.
- To develop strategies for creating and maintaining an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity in line with company's diversity and inclusion plan.
- To conceptualise plans that drive high performance, ethical conduct and collaboration amongst employees
- To create strong MIS systems to derive & analyse critical data related to employee engagement, performance and attrition.
- To handle grievance management effectively and ensure speedy closure of all grievances
Job Requirements :
- Masters in HR or equivalent
- 10-15 years experience in HR in large organizations with a clear record of leading
- HR processes that maximize employee performance, retention and engagement levels
- Strong business acumen, ability to multi-task and manage multiple senior level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with all business functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance.
- Good understanding of automobile industry
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Deep understanding of all HR functions with expertise in PMS and employee relations
- Diverse outlook, and the ability to work effectively in a geographically and functionally-dispersed organization
