CHRO
Position- CHRO, Reporting to promoter.
1. Develop and implement human resources policies, practices, and procedures to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
2. Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, engagement, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
3. Education-Degree with MBA in HR or similar field
4. Relevant year of experience
- Minimum 20 Years of experience in HR
- Experience in strategic planning
- Good communication skills & in-depth knowledge of all HR functions
- Good understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Excellent people management skills.
5. Industry- Preferably from FMCG.
