- Build and drive HR strategy
- Work with various HR COE leads and oversee overall process improvement
- Ensure the development and implementation of the appropriate HR policies and people management practices, in order to support the realization of the Bank's strategic goals and comply with international best practices and standards, as well as with local legislation and regulations
- Maintain regular oversight of the overall training and development metrics for the Bank including man-days of training, feedback scores, training budgets and expenditures, training costs per employee, test results, etc.; take corrective actions, if required
- Liaise with leadership to understand Business needs and ensure the development of relevant training content (both behavioral as well as functional) as per requirements
