Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) - Ahmedabad
- Our Client is a leading conglomerate with interest spanning Automobiles, Logistics, Mines and Real Estate.
- They are in need of a CHRO - reporting to the Chairman and based out of Ahmedabad.
- The role is supported by team of HR professionals.
- The incumbent will be responsible for leading the HR strategy aligned with Business objectives. Will be responsible for designing and executing HR programs in strategic areas of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, PMS, Succession Planning, Organization Design & Development, L &D, Total Rewards and HR Operations.
- Will be working very closely with Senior Stakeholders and provide thought leadership with respect to HR/Talent Needs of the organization.
- Looking for an individual who is pro at People Management and has worked extensively in the services sectors
- Have a strong HR experience of more than 15 years and last couple of years in Strategic leadership role dealing extensively with senior leadership- MD/Promoters.
- Experience of managing scale and growth.
- MBA in HR from a leading University.
