Chief Human Resources Officer - Alcoholic Beverage Business (18-24 yrs)

Position: Chief Human Resources Officer (Head HR)

Reporting to : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Base Location: Delhi - Head Office (8 branches, 4 manufacturing units)

Job Description:

Strategic Planning, Policies & Procedures:

- Involved in strategic planning & development of HR in the organization.

- Designing of New policies & procedure /Manual as & when required.

- Drive implementation of SOP and guidelines for streamline operations.

- Developed HR manual and revision of various policies keeping in mind the changing needs of the business.

Performance Management System:

- Designed & implemented performance management policies & process including promotion criteria, assessment procedures & increments based on performance.

- Formulation of KRAs, ensure goal setting for each employee in line with business goal by way of workshop.

- Overall responsible for collecting, collating and compiling performance updates for PAN division team on a quarterly basis for performance tracking of the goal sheet.

- Providing final cut on increment and payout matrix for annual increments after presenting and discussing with Business Head, Finance Head by way of presenting market and industry scenario.

Learning & Development:

- Effectively deploying a blend of learning modes to address capability gaps, facilitate annual TNA exercise.

- Customize, design and deliver Learning programs that build people, leadership skills and capabilities.

- Abide by T&D dashboard benchmarks, Average Training man days, Training Cost per employee.

- Designed & implemented Induction Program for New Joinees, and MDP for First Time Mangers.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Conducted Compensation Survey with various competitors & working along with Group Head HR on Compensation benchmarking, thereby resulting increment process.

- Developed and implemented Fixed & Variable Pay Management, Long & Short Term Incentive Plans, Deferred compensation, Compensation Fitment for hiring, Benefits Policies & Plans and Mobility policy.

- Workshop for employees on their Compensation query for all levels of job.

Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning:

- Preparing the Complete Blue Print for Talent Acquisition for the organization including Manpower Planning & assisting the Business Head on Manpower Deployment Issues.

- Proficient in managing life cycle recruitment processes involving prescreening, Interviews, Post recruitment & joining documentations.

- Manage full spectrum of Recruitment Activities with Focus on Quality, Cost and Turnaround time.

- Past experience of leveraging all Sources like Job portals, Head Hunters, Advertisements, Referrals, Campus Recruitment for Technical, Non-Technical and managerial Positions.

- Experience of handling Mass Recruitment initiatives for meeting the business needs.

Talent Management:

- Revamped the Talent Identification Process through introduction of Potential Matrix focusing on consistency of performance, potential and learning agility.

- Developed and introduced a structured career framework covering:-Career Conversations, streamlining career paths to promote Inter Business Unit and Cross Functional mobility.

- Ensure that the internal career opportunities are created to fulfill the organization's philosophy of internal talent first, cross functional exposure, fairness and transparency in all decisions.

- Apart from regular maintenance of internal job portal, have designed and developed the assessment program through development centers for all internal growth at middle mngt levels.

Organizational Effectiveness:

- Create assessment & development platforms as a process for identification of high performers.

- Redefined Job Description to focus on the goals effectively through people resources.

- Introduced various R&R Scheme, HR Surveys, quarterly organizational Newsletters & Town hall meetings.

- Periodical diagnostics of employee satisfaction, employee feedback on HR processes or systems.

Industrial Relations / Employee Relations:

- Directly responsible for maintaining peaceful and harmonious relations between the management and employees by harnessing close relations with various stake holders.

- Dealing/ Negotiating with Unions for Settlement of CODs and LT Wage Settlement.

- Formulate and act as a custodian for Discipline, Employe Grievance, Code of Conduct and Sexual Harassment.

- Handling Grievances of workmen/ group grievances & Employee counselling.

- Ensuring Implementation of various Welfare Schemes.

General Administration:

- Administrative support for canteen, guest house, tour & travel etc.

- Access & Control System, training of security personnel on security consciousness & security orientation.
