CHRO - Chief Human Resource Officer - 2 open roles in Mumbai -Manufacturing and Supply Chain - Our client has a state-of-the-art modern 6-7 manufacturing units in Maharashtra and other state, The corporate office in Mumbai , is searching for the CHRO. - We are searching for Young , energetic, hands on HR strategist, having 20+ years of experience in HR & IR , MBA from a good institute as their CHRO - The role of CHRO India is a crucial leadership role in the company with a portfolio of responsibility that encompasses all aspects of HR. - The incumbent will lead, support and direct a team of people partners for the organization. - The incumbent would be expected to strategize, prepare, manage and handle the process of growth of the Organization Age : 45 to 50 Location : Mumbai CTC : 1.00 crore (including variable ) KEY ATTRIBUTES : - Highly developed skills in influencing, including being skilled at influencing senior leaders across the organization - Ability to work effectively across teams, foster inclusivity, overcome resistance and navigate a complex organization with a high level of EQ - Strong analytical and data visualization skills - Ability to quickly build credibility and relationships across multiple teams - Resolves complex operational problems requiring strategic and innovative solutions. - Aptitude to communicate and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously, strong prioritization and organization skills - Advanced communication skills; This includes the ability to simplify complex concepts and messages to the essential components and deliver these effectively to a wide range of audiences - Advanced problem solving skills; Able to quickly identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution - A self-starter with a high degree of ownership, high interpersonal skills and collaborative team player - Expert knowledge of the talent landscape in India particularly in - Strategic thinking ability to provide thought leadership on people aspects aligned to the company's vision and objectives - Excellent knowledge and awareness of the local ecosystem including recruitment consultants and partners for resource augmentation - Excellent communication ability, both verbal and written - Excellent knowledge of the labor law compliance requirements in India Experience : - Significant and demonstrable HR experience coupled with senior experience of at least three years in a Head role of a mid to large organization or Deputy Head role in a large organization, where the organization was able to manage growth and scale effectively - 20+ years of relevant industry experience Educational Qualification : Masters in Human Resource is preferred.
