Job Title / Designation : CHRO - Chief Human Resources Officer The Organization (About the Client) : Our Client is a reputed professionally managed, well-diversified business house with operations in India and Overseas. Job Description / The Role : HR Generalist with proficiency in : - Talent Acquisition - Organisational Development - Performance Management Systems - Industrial Relations &amp; Statutory Compliance - Compensation and Benefits - Audits, surveys, Assessments - HR Strategy, plans and budgets Role Analysis Key areas of responsibility include: 1. Organizational Development: - Help in designing and development of OD interventions - Support the execution of OD initiatives. - Tracking HR metrics &amp; measurement of OD interventions. - Psychometric Testing report analysis using 16 PF - Development of HR Dashboard for group Companies 2. Role Analysis &amp; Organization Structure: - Identifying the unique roles &amp; conducting the role analysis - Validating the filled in RA Form &amp; getting approvals from HODs. - Assist in the derivation of the Organization structure 4. Strategy - Content research, sourcing &amp; analytics - Keeping abreast of the environment to help align HR with the businesses wherever opportunity arise - Conducting Industry specific environmental research - Sourcing specific economic / financial reports - Strategic Analysis &amp; Interpretation of the sourced reports - Researching on the specific content for the development and deployment of strategic HR initiatives - Keeping abreast with the latest HR trends and HR strategic initiatives 5. Performance Management: - Supporting the design and development of integrated performance management intervention - Deriving the right KPIs for the goal sheets. - Assisting &amp; facilitating formulation of individual KRA sheets. - Facilitating the review process and capturing actual against targets. - Coordinating the execution of interventions for performance management. Reward Management: - Streamlining, Developing and having a uniform appraisal system wherein performances are directly linked to the goals and having a reward system which commensurate with the same. Building systems wherein performance &amp; compensation are measured and rewarded. 6. Surveys, Assessment &amp; Audits - Facilitating and supporting the survey &amp; assessment initiatives - pre-initiative communications, collation of data and handling the survey logistics - Preparing reports &amp; publishing reports 7. IR &amp; Statutory Compliance: - To represent the management on statutory matters relating to applicable Labour Laws before the concerned authorities as and when required. - Maintain proactive industrial relations and focus on avoiding any union issues in the Plan. - Liaison with the legislative/statutory bodies for any critical issues.
