Profile - Over 18 years experience post Master's degree or an MBA from Tier I B school - Strong experience in Human Resources preferably leading HR for a Global MNC managing teams of 40+ - Strong knowledge of regional employment laws, compliance, and cultural nuances - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
