We are currently working on a very challenging and exciting career opportunity to Head the Human Resources function for a medium sized organisation with extremely ambitious plans going ahead, in India and Internationally as well. The position reports to the Managing Director. This is a typical CHRO position and the overall Roles &amp; Responsibilities across Corporate, Commercial, Manufacturing, R&amp;D will include : - Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, etc. - Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc. - Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics - Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance - Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards - Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required Education : An MBA (HR) from a premier institute would be preferred
