- Seasoned HR leader with 20 + Yrs of Experience in Capability building, Change Management, Mentoring
- Preferred someone with experience in Mid-Size organization /Green field
- Experience in strategic planning with In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)
- Good understanding of labour legislation
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Good Pedigree- Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field from Tier 1 MBA colleges.
