Job Description : - Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and promote the organization vision and values. - Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives. - Provide guidance, counsel, and best practices to the business and the firm's leaders, managers and employees. - Choose technology solutions to increase the efficiency across all HR processes. - Design interventions and initiatives to have agile working approach and adaptive to digital/new age business models. - Make HR more agile. Develop the iterative, experimental mind-set of your HR teams, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to digital business transformation. - Create and implement talent management, engagement and training programs in line with business objectives and skillset needs. - Manage crisis situations as they arise, acting with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism. - Recruitment will be a large part of the role as the organisation is in the stage of building out. Act as a partner in driving an effective &amp; efficient hiring strategy for the organization. - Monitor all talent management programs (recruitment, learning &amp; development, rewards and recognition etc.) for consistency and fairness to right talent. Educational Qualifications : - MBA/ Post Graduation in Human Resources. Must have skills : - Experience of 15+ years. MBA/ Post Graduation in Human Resources. - Experience involved in building out an organisation. - Strong Stakeholder management. - Ability to challenge and influence to drive HR initiatives especially the tech enabled initiatives. - Should have experience working in a change management/ transformation business. - Proven healthy mix of Ops and Tech experience, with a specific focus on leading tech transformation in their career journey.
