Interim Chief Human Resource Officer Our client is one of the global players in the field of Airport Operations, Cargo Services, Catering Services and Travel Services. The role of Interim CHRO is to manage the organizational restructuring for a period of 4 to 6 months. This period may get extended further if the need arises. The role is based out of Gurgaon and the selected candidate will be required to join as soon as the Lock-down is lifted by the government. Qualifications: Professional HR Qualifications such as MBA, MSW, PGDM Experience: - Organization Restructuring - Employee Redundancy / Voluntary Retirement Schemes - Employee Relations - Labour Law and Statutory Compliance - Change Management - Internal &amp; External Communication - Labour and Government Authorities Management - HR Strategy &amp; Execution - Employee Engagement Person specifications: - Ability to provide strategic direction on people management and independently navigate for execution - Ability to quickly assess and implement the right solutions to manage the transition smoothly - Maturity to deal with conflicts and multiple stakeholders both internally and externally - Focused and disciplined individual - Ability to communicate (oral and written) both internally and externally - Ability to provide leadership and follow-through action - Based in Gurgaon preferably
