Job Description: Chief HR officer
Responsibilities (Objective as well as the KPIs):
- Formulation of org structure, bands, designations for all the functions across the organization
- Formulation of policies
- Setting up the review/appraisal process and smooth functioning of the same
- Evaluating and setting up software systems for employee management and HR management
- Helping Senior and mid management flesh out their organizational requirements and handhold them with the execution of the same
- Measuring and optimizing employee productivity

Past Experience: 2-3 years of experience as HR head or one level down in a mid/large sized mid-aged organization
Age Bracket: 38-45
Education (type of degree/qualification, Tier of College): Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Tier 1 college
