Chief Growth Officer - Saas Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Create, develop and implement a global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, including its growth goals for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Develop a compelling product narrative and value proposition.
- Plan, develop & execute integrated marketing campaigns through digital paid/organic, experiential events etc. Responsible for driving customer acquisition via PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Content Syndication, and other demand related channels to reach and engage target audiences, including both B2B and B2C buyers.
- Work with the marketing creative and digital teams to create engaging audience-specific content, including case studies, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers, battlecards and sales playbooks
- Analyse and measure the results of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness.
- Develop and own product positioning, messaging and value propositions that differentiate Atisfy in the marketplace.
- The role serves as the key point of contact for strategic marketing communications initiative overseeing the development and execution of creative brand strategies with a deep understanding of branding, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and public relations.
- Demonstrate effective partnership with the sales team to generate leads and close deals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and apply them to improve the company's marketing efforts.
- Attract, develop and retain the existing talent by instilling best practices and continue to create a performance-based marketing team that efficiently executes on the organization's goals.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, acquisition, and traction.
- Experience building and leading a marketing team.
- Experience overseeing marketing for both B2B and B2C initiatives.
- Experience with marketing software platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
