Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Growth Officer at our Kolkata location. The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies, developing and maintaining business relationships, and working closely with counterparties at platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra to grow the brand's business there.

Qualifications:

- Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management skills

- Experience in E-commerce

- Experience working on Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra.

- Digital Marketing and Marketing skills

- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
