Position: Chief of Staff /Chief Growth Officer

- Based in Gurgaon and reporting to the CEO

Role Objective: To work closely with the CEO along with respective business heads on three core areas: Strategy, Growth and Program Management in order to achieve strategic objectives. Develop overall company strategy, business planning, performance analysis, liaison with business heads and cross functional teams to drive strategic Growth initiatives, developing business forecasts and tracking market trends. The role has three core components: first, to define the company's growth plan, engagement, and monetization, second, to coordinate and execute growth programs, and third, to optimize the revenue funnel.

Role:

- Work cross-functionally with all market-facing functions to ensure alignment to a shared growth objective and execute growth initiatives.

- Catalyzing and managing growth of the company across divisions by assisting & coordinating the strategy planning exercise with the CEO

- Play a pivotal role in defining the company's growth strategy, assessing new opportunities, and scaling the business including streamlining sales & marketing programs.

- Bring data driven thought leadership to the company's growth efforts by partnering with the marketing and sales team to design and implement revenue programs.

- Shape the business strategy and ensure project deliverables through:

Collaborating and co-ordinating with Cross Functional teams to proactively identify, develop & drive growth strategies & initiatives

Tracking industry trends & developing insights to drive differentiation. Conducting bench-marking studies with respect to competitors and international best practices

Planning, organizing, & supporting primary research by working closely with internal teams and/ or external vendors

- Own the implementation and management of revenue programs once they are put into market, including optimizing current programs, setting up new programs, and owning measurement and reporting by encompassing growth, profitability, customer connect and organization development.

- Program-manage key initiatives and organize periodic reviews and assessment

- Choosing in accordance with the other departments/functions which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on. Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs. Analysing the data and customer feedback.

- Leverage technology, business metrics and analytics to find root causes and customer insights to enhance business goals; identify areas for growth and improvement and drive implementation.

- Develop board and investor presentations

- External & Internal interface on behalf of CEO

- To monitor tasks delegated by CEO to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
