Qualification:

- A Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of 18 - 20 years

- Additional qualification of law, MBA, CS or ICWAI would be a plus.

Past Experience:

- 20 - 25 years working experience in industry. Minimum 10 years in a large multi business LISTED company.

- Maturity to handle / interact with Board

- Sound Knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Treasury, Risk management
