Chief Financial Officer - Telecom

The company is a leading data centre service provider and provides services globally. They are hiring for a CFO, who will be Responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets.

- He/She will play a key role in developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with emphasis on funding, bottom line performance, working capital and enhancing shareholder value.

- He/She will support the executive team with key financial information and analytics, and drive a culture of fiscal accountability in managing the business.

Responsibilities :

- Define the financial strategy. Drive the annual budget process and the monthly reporting

- Forming and implementing organic and inorganic growth strategies

- Execute capital-raising strategies to support growth and expansion.

- Do meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on mgmt of working capital, cost of funds and bottom line.

- Establish internal control processes required to manage and grow the business and ensure financial & legal compliance

- Managing project costing and profitability

Knowledge required :

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles

- Knowledge and Understanding of Indian GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance and SEC Reporting.

- Experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance related issues.

- Ability to drive culture of data & analytics based decision making

- Understanding fund raising and deal making process
