- Fund-raise experience (Equity)

- Exposure of working in a startup/fast-growth setup (PE/VC backed) or working as a Principal/Portfolio finance manager in PE/VC.

- Bias towards a Cost/ROI-driven approach.

Profile :

- Task-Master who can drive team to ensure timely deliverables.

- Effective Business Partner to various internal/external stakeholders to ensure financial discipline.

- Strategic/Commercial bent of mind.

- Pro-active/self-starter personality.
