Description

Reporting in to the regional CFO, you shall be responsible for :

- Taking care of end to end financial functions of the firm for the Bangladesh market which will include accounting, taxation, financial planning, treasury, conducting audits among other things

- Evaluation & upgradation of internal controls, systems, and process to ensure the firm is run in an incredibly compliant fashion, risks & frauds are mitigated and has world class financial systems in place

- Partnering with the MD, regional teams & business heads to identify and evaluate opportunities for the firm to grow their presence in the Indian market

Profile

- You will be a qualified chartered accountant / finance professional with between 20-25 years of experience, most of which will be coming in from established & large multinationals with exposure to world class systems & processes.

- In addition to this, you will have a strong track record of establishing systems, processes and controls.

- You will have excellent interpersonal skills along with strong leadership skills
