We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial leadership, with a strong focus on fundraising through private equity. As a key member of the executive team, the CFO will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

- Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and reporting.

- Lead fundraising efforts, with a focus on securing funds through private equity.

- Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

- Experience raising funds through private equity.
