Chief Financial Officer - Retail - CA

Responsible for Corporate Finance, Treasury, Fund Raising, Corporate Governance, Compliances, Internal Controls, Estimations & Pricing, International Contracts & Enterprise wide Risk Management, Company Secretarial, Legal and Information Technology

- Closely work with MD and Board of Directors.

- Drive the company's financial planning

- Perform risk management by analysing the organization's liabilities and investments

- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure

- Budgeting and forecasting.

- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations

- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports

- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies

- Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.

- Manager Taxation Team.

- Supervise Company Secretarial Activities.

- CA-Qualified with excellent communications skills, good leadership quality, & quick decision maker.
