CFO- Retail The key responsibilities is to perform effective risk management and plan the organization's financial strategy by providing financial projections and accounting services; preparing growth plans - budgeting, forecasting and negotiations. Responsibilities and Accountabilities : - Driving the company's financial planning. - Continuous evaluation of short term and long term strategic financial objectives and offering recommendations to enhance financial performance & business opportunities. - Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments. - Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. - Control and evaluate the organization's fund raising plans and capital structure. - Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations. - Providing leadership, direction and management of the Finance & Accounting team. - Maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance. - Managing vendor relationships. - Preparing reliable current and forecasting reports. - Setting up and overseeing the company's finance IT system. - Ensuring compliance with the law and company's policies. Qualification(s) : MBA - Finance Experience : Nature of Experience : In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices along with excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Length of Experience : 10 - 15 years Skill Set & Personality Traits required : - Strategic thinker, planner & problem solver. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Display a cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. - High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
