Chief Financial Officer or CFO to plan the organization's financial and business strategy across geographies . You will set metrices which define organisation success about variety of parameters, effective and insightful MIS that throws up data for effective decision making and manage profitability.
Broadly, you will be responsible for
1) Finance and accounting : Financial reports, analysis, budgeting, profitability, forecasting and tacking metrices
2) Business Partnering : drive strategies, product mix analysis and decision making
3) Taxation
4) Business negotiations, M&A, due diligence
5) Manage vendor relationships
6) Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
7) Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system
8 ) Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
9) Treasury management
10) Support innovation
Person profile
- 12-15 years experience is perfect. working across international geography esp Asia
- CA or MBA from a top school
- Good understanding of business and acumen stakeholder management, executive presence solid communication ability High integrity
