Key Responsibilities:
1.Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections
2.Financial Management:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
3.Capital Management:
- Manage capital allocation and investment decisions to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
- Evaluate financing options and structures for real estate projects, including debt and equity financing.
4.Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks facing the organization, including market risks, credit risks, and operational risks.
- Develop risk management strategies and procedures to minimize exposure and protect the financial interests of the company.
5.Mergers and Acquisitions:
- Lead financial due diligence for potential acquisitions, mergers, or strategic partnerships.
- Provide financial analysis and valuation support to evaluate investment opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.
6.Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries and reporting requirements.
