A reputable real estate firm in Gurgaon, known for its innovative residential and commercial projects, is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with atleast 15+ years of experience to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Job Description:

The CFO will be responsible for directing the company's financial goals, objectives, and budgets. They will oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities, execute capital-raising strategies to support the firm's expansion and deal with mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, risk management and report on financial performance.

- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting and cash flow for administration, existing projects, and proposed new sites.

- Analyze and make recommendations on the impact of long-range planning and introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.

- Develop financial and tax strategies by collaborating with the management team.

- Manage the finance department, guiding a team of finance professionals.

Qualifications:

- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience

- Proven experience as CFO or relevant role, preferably in the real estate sector.

- Strong understanding of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
