The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) : - As the CFO - to independently handle all facets of Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation, Project Management, JVs, Investor Relations etc. The Person (Candidate Details) : Experience : i) 35 - 42 yrs ii) CA iii) Experience as FINANCIAL CONTROLLER / CFO for minimum 2 to 3 years of an operation Rs 300+ cr iv) Must have Experience of working in Real Estate Companies. v) Must have handled Residential, Townships vi) Prior experience in an MNC / large system driven group highly desirable vii) Must have handled JVs with International Companies viii) Hands on experience in ERP preferably SAP. ix) Strong Leadership and Organization Skills x) Excellent Communication and People skills Work Experience : From 15 yrs TO 20 yrs Job Location : Mumbai
