Job Description : 1. Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/Partners and members of the executive management team on Business and Financial Strategy, strategic/financial planning and management 2. Managing Finance, accounts, admin, tax, legal and compliance function of the Company in a holistic manner 3. Participate in the firms expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances and JV's etc.,) 4. Responsible for ensuring the timely preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements for internal and external parties and including liaising with the Auditor 5. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns for each of the US Investments and prepare K1 for each investor 6. GST record keeping, return filing, advance tax filing and related compliance 7. Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles and collect, analyse and summarize account information 8. Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics and generate MIS report Qualification and requirements : 1. CA or MBA Finance from a reputed institute 2. At least 10 years of progressive experience in relevant areas of expertise 3. Must have been a number two of a mid-sized Private Equity, Investment bank, or a Wealth Management firm 4. Participate in fund raise activities and possess Financial modelling experience. 5. Managing technology, ERP Systems and digital environment for furtherance of business 6. Emotional Intelligence with a high level of integrity, honesty and empathy 7. Entrepreneurial but pragmatic and conservative when necessary 8. Strong decision-making ability and persuasive communication skills 9. Maintain trust and strong personal relationships despite potentially disagreeing on business decisions
